i find that hard to believe,

that's almost 500 liters per day
20 liters per hour (and i doubt the airport operates 24/7)
and there are three of these urinals in this unit alone
there just weren't many people using the toilets
sounds like the airport authorities bought the manufacturer's blurb
AND posted it in two languages
oh well, gives us something to read (and some maths to think about) while attending to matters at hand
